CRP CSA-XVI stands for Common Recruitment Process for Customer Service Associates, 16th Cycle. This is the official clerical cadre recruitment examination conducted by IBPS for 11 participating public sector banks across India. While aspirants widely search for “IBPS Clerk” the current official designation is Customer Service Associate (CSA).

Stage 2: Main Examination (Online)

• Marks obtained in Mains counted for provisional allotment

• Negative marking: 0.25 marks deducted per wrong answer

Note: There is no interview for IBPS Clerk/CSA recruitment. Final selection based on Main exam marks and state-wise, category-wise merit.

• However, IBPS reserves right to reallocate candidates to centres outside the chosen State/UT due to administrative feasibility, response volume, or logistical constraints
• Important: Such reallocation is only for exam conduct—you remain eligible for vacancies in your originally applied State/UT only

Call Letter & Communication

• No hard copy sent by post
• Download call letters from ibps.in using Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth
• Email/SMS alerts sent to registered contact details
• IBPS not responsible for non-receipt due to changed mobile/email/technical issues
